Mr. Le Doan Hop has held many important positions in his career: Chairman of Nghe An province; Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Secretary; Standing Vice Chairman of the The Party Central Committee (PCC) Ideology and Culture Commission; Member of the Party Central Committee (term IX and X); Minister of Culture and Information; Minister of Information and Communications, and now he held the position of Chairman of the Vietnamese Digital Communications Association. He is also a member of the National Assembly (term XI and XII).

Mr. Le Hong Minh is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of VNG Corporation, a leading company in Vietnam in Internet and social media. Founded in 2004, from a company with 5 members, VNG has risen to become the biggest portal of Vietnam (Zing.vn).
The company provides customers with diversified online entertainment products such as music, games, video, news; social media networks and e-commerce for nearly 20 million Internet users in Vietnam.
He is a strong believer in the power of the Internet with the desire to connect millions of Vietnamese people together in ways that were considered innovative at that time a few years ago. As the economy grows and the number of Internet users increases, VNG hopes to create a variety of services and high-value products, which changes the lives of the Vietnamese people.
Mr. Minh actively implements the policies of the company, through his passionate use of digital content products and still spends a few hours every day to play games as a hobby. He graduated from Monash University in Australia in Banking and Finance.
Mrs. Sue Brooks

Sue Brooks is Director of Video Transformation at Associated Press, the world’s most trusted source of independent news and information. On any given day more than half the world’s population sees news from AP, and in the past 18 months the organization has rebuilt its video infrastructure to en sure it’s ready to meet the technical, editorial and business needs of the digital age.
Brooks is a journalist with 25 years’ experience in newspapers, radio and television. She was editor of one of the UK’s major network news programs before joining the AP in 2001. She worked in product development before taking up her current role in 2011 and is a Sulzberger fellow at Columbia University.
Mr. Le Quoc Minh

Mr. Le Quoc Minh began his press career in 1990 as editor of the World News Editorial Board of the Vietnam News Agency (VNA). From 1996 to 2000, he was the expert for the Japanese Radio NHK World in Tokyo. Since 2002, he worked in the Foreign News Editorial Board and was one of the first people to build the external news website for the VNA. In 2008, he was appointed to the position of Editor in Chief of VietnamPlus, the official electronic journal of the VNA with 5 languages Vietnamese, English, French, Spanish and China (www.vietnamplus.vn). He also contributed to bring many new media technologies into VietnamPlus’s activities, and the most notable one is the news reading application on mobile phones, VietnamPlus Mobile – effectively work on over 500 different types of mobile phones, which was released on January, 2010 and now has more than 450,000 users, as well as a series of projects combining content, technology and commerce for digital technology platforms, especially mobile. Mr. Le Quoc Minh is the founder of the press business forum www.vietnam journalism.com in 2004 and maintained the annual scholarships for journalism students in the last nine years.

Founded PeaceSoft in 2001, Binh has 12 years experience in Vietnam’s ICT and Internet industry. After graduation from Hanoi National University with a variety of awards (Vietnam Wisdoms, Scientific Research, Creative Youth, Informatics Talents, Microsoft Imagine Cup, Golden Globe…), Binh has participated many international activities in ICT & business and is now holding a master degree of ICT management in Osaka City University, Japan.

Mr. Bui Truong Son has 18 years of experience working in the software industry, 8 years specializing in mobile software. Before founding the company Felix, he held the position of Production Director of Punch Entertainment which specializes in mobile games and its headquaters is located in Silicon Valley, USA. In addition, he has been a professor of the MBA program at the Hanoi National University, Institute of Technology, Post and Telecommunications for years; member of preliminary council of Vietnam Intellectual Contest for seven consecutive years, and a speaker of many international ICT conferences.

He is recognized a professional journalist with expertise and experience in journalism and media business as well. Especially, he is the founder or reformer of various local newspapers and magazines in Vietnam including Dep (Beauty), TTVH & Dan Ong (Gentlemen), Doanh Nhan (Entrepreneur) magazine, and pioneer in franchising international titles into Vietnam. And he has successfully managed and led all these 5 titles to gain the number one position in their respective fields. Mr. Tri Minh is currently the artistic director of the Annual International Electronic Music Festival "Hanoi Sound Festival" began in 2008 after his studying trips in Europe, focusing on Festivals, organized by the Goethe-Institute in Hanoi and the British Council. This is the first electronic music exchanges program of Vietnam as well as workshops on building music listeners’ community, seminars on the organization of Festival, the creative industries and music community sustainable development activities.
